Get your boxing gloves (and your dancing shoes) on as we throw some punches to some groovy tunes – your playlist or ours.
You’ll rotate through six stations of explosive, strength, endurance, isometric, resistance and boxing training. Burpees, planks, push-ups, squats and all things to feel that burn – music will definitely be required to get you through these sessions!
Bring out your best Eye of the Tiger moves.
This class is all about the sun, sand and the sea. It’s time to kick in Sunday training and burn those extra calories away on the sands of Tanjong Beach in Sentosa.
Classes are a mixture of explosiveness, agility, strength and high intensity interval training combined. Be prepared to train with or without your shoes.
